ABOUT ME
I’m a creative instructional designer with over 20 years professional service and support delivery experience.
I live and work at my home office in Wesley Chapel, Florida, just north of Tampa.
When I'm not designing or developing training, I love to ride my road bike, run and spend time with my family.

WHAT I DO
I have an extensive call center background for both IT and HR at Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. My full range of support delivery includes training design, development and delivery, quality customer relationship management, managing call center staff, establishing/ enhancing call center processes, and a broad spectrum of documentation expertise.
Using industry-standard instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technology solutions, I design and develop training (eLearning, instructor led, blended learning), support, and knowledge documentation solutions (performance support, processes/procedures, knowledge management, IT knowledge articles, SLAs/OLAs, business continuity/
emergency planning, etc.).
